The Asian Knowledge and Innovation Forum jointly organised by the Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Centre (KMIRC) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and Arup on 25 April had come to a successful close.  Themed “Knowledge Technology Leading To Innovation”, the forum invited renowned experts to deliver keynote speeches on innovation.  In addition, twelve facilitators helped to lead the interactive round table discussions with the participants on the topic of Future Learning Environment.  In the later part of the forum, representatives from corporations in Hong Kong, mainland China and other parts of Asia shared their successful experiences in innovation. Attracting more than 120 participants, the forum is one of the biggest knowledge management (KM) events held in Hong Kong in recent years.

The inaugural Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award Presentation Ceremony was also held on the same day. The Ceremony presented the Hong Kong and Global awards as a recognition for organisations with outstanding practices in knowledge management and innovation. The three corporations receiving the most prestigious category of this award – the Outstanding Winners of the Asian Global MIKE Award 2018 are CLP Power HK Ltd (Hong Kong), Hong Kong Police Force (Hong Kong) and Wipro Limited (India).
